VENDOR PROBLEMS

It doesn’t happen often, but occasionally there’s misunderstandings between the discounts offered in the Grad Passport and what the Vendors that place them. These usually occur when a staff member at the Vendor isn’t properly trained, etc. No worries though…if you come across a situation where the Vendor isn’t giving you the exact deal that’s listed in the Grad Passport, get in touch with us through email at support@gradpassport.com and we’ll investigate on your behalf.

RETURNS

With all the deals contained within each and every Grad Passport, we’re confident that each and every one of you will choose to keep your booklet handy and make great use of it. However, we do recognize that there are some situations where a student has to ask for a Return, and we do offer a hassle-free return policy for 60 days from the date of purchase. Note that each returned Grad Passport MUST have not been used at all…that is, all perforated coupon pages must still be in the returned Grad Passport.
